The Shell Takes Shape – First Outlines of the Villa
The construction site at Pandan Cove is transforming rapidly. After weeks of groundwork, the first walls of the ancillary buildings are now rising. These structures will later house essential functions such as storage, technical equipment, and service areas that support the smooth operation of the villa.
Even at this stage, the architectural vision begins to shine through: clear lines, a thoughtful orientation towards the ocean, and a design that blends harmoniously with the natural surroundings. The robust structure ensures long-lasting quality, while carefully chosen building materials are perfectly suited to the tropical climate of Vanuatu.
Standing amidst the emerging walls, one can already sense how the future villa will fit into the landscape. The progress of the construction marks an exciting milestone – Pandan Cove is gradually taking physical shape.
